Annie is a NASM certified personal trainer who has been training clients for three years.  A veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, Annie will graduate with a degree in exercise science from Southeast Missouri State University in the Fall of 2017.  Annie's develops plans for general fitness, weight loss, road races and figure competitions and can help you find both your "why" and your motivation to achieve your goals.
