One on One Personal Training One-On-One Personal Training is designed for the individual wanting to make a positive change in their health, appearance, and performance, under the guidance of a certified fitness instructor. Sessions are conducted at Core Fitness in Des Peres, MO conveniently located near I-270 and Manchester Rd. In-Home Personal Training Designed for the individual needing motivation, an updated exercise program, or the person wanting to learn more about exercise and wellness over an extended period of time in the privacy of their own home. Wellness Seminars Available in 30 and 60 minute sessions, these seminars are a great way to promote health and wellness in the office place, civic group or social gathering. Topics include exercise, wellness, nutrition, stress management and more. |

Wellness Coaching also includes goal setting, contact points throughout the week and barrier strategy. |
